1st try to flash with latest sp tool or any sp tool version without preloader must

if gives any error when flashing don't format or upgrade phone 

just flash in miracle without preloader now surely u get this error 

0000 error means EMMC damaged or any other h/w issues in phone 

never format or upgrade this error phones if do format phone gone to dead and very less chances to recover it
